There more variety any system has the better. That’s true when we are growing food (monocultures as we are growing them in industrial farming not only deplete the soil but are vulnerable to pests and diseases, so we have to use fake fertilisers and pesticides to keep them going). It’s also true for every other system on this planet. We all have different strengths and weaknesses so when we get together we are always stronger because we balance and help each other out. The same is true for any other animal or plant. So the best we can do is to mix it up!
